Shipping costs

Free shipping from € 150,- within the Netherlands. For amounts below € 150,- we charge a shipping price of € 6,45 within the Netherlands.

Free shipping from € 200 to Belgium and Germany. For amounts below € 200,- the shipping price to Belgium €7,95 and Germany is € 11.95.

Delivery method

All our packages are sent safely and quickly via PostNL. After placing an order, you will be notified immediately and you will be able to track the parcel to your front door.

With the exception of letterbox and light parcels to Belgium and Germany, these have no track and trace.

Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to us are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Lovely Stones with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order. Unstamped returns will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: this right will not apply in some cases. Many of our items are personalised/customised. Once personalised/customised items can obviously not be returned. Items ordered especially for you (with or without engraving) cannot be returned either. From the moment we have received your payment and approval, the right of withdrawal expires.
